Key Responsibilities: Develop a detailed technical understanding of how the trade in digital goods and services can be best supported through new international trade agreements, both with the EU and other countries; Work with techUK members and stakeholders in the UK government, European Union and other national and international organisations (such as the WTO) to ensure that the needs techUK members post-Brexit are well understood and that the best possible arrangements are put in place to support international trade in digital goods and services (…)
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in a public affairs role within a professional environment, working closely with a large variety of stakeholders including senior management and leadership teams. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the development and implementation of a political and public engagement programme. They will also be able to demonstrate leadership in a pressurised environment as well as strong networking and team management skills.
